 **SHIPPING**

All items are normally shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), however some items may occasionally be shipped via US Postal Service by our fee based courier service.  You can choose your shipping preferences upon checkout.  Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added on to your total before checkout is complete.   If you wish to use another shipping service, please contact us immediately.  All orders take approx 3-4 business days to complete & process.  Any order involving pre-stitched letters/numbers or any stitched nameplate will take approx 7-10 days prior to shipping.  If you select Next Day Air or 2nd Day shipping on any 'non stitched product', order will be done on our next business day and shipped accordingly.

**RETURNS**

Items can be returned w/in 7 business days for an exchange, IF defective.  After 7 days, we cannot exchange the items for any reason.   All work is custom, and any sewing work cannot be returned for any other reason unless defective.  In this case we will replace or fix your item at no charge.
